Shipping:
All products are shipped via courier.
Shipping takes 1-3 working days depending on destination. Goldwing is not responsible for deliveries made outside this timeframe.
Shipping costs vary based on areas listed below. Costs per carton below:

| ADD Rural Charge | $8.00+GST | Added per carton on all rural address |
Free Freight Guide:
- Auckland: Free freight over $300+GST.
- North Island: Free freight over $600+GST.
- South Island: Free freight over $1,000+GST.
- Rural charges are added regardless of the order amount and will be invoiced per carton to all rural addresses.
*Auckland rural charges waived for orders over $600+GST.

For pick-up visitors, please pick up your order during these hours, Mon to Fri:
8:00am - 11:30am
12:30pm - 2:00pm
Pricing:
- The prices of the goods exclude GST and freight charges. Goldwing reserves the right to change prices of products and freight charges at any time without prior notice.
Returns:
- All returns should be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable unless authorised by Goldwing and agreed with customer.
- Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging along with all original tags.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been faded, altered, with price tags or damaged in any way.
- Acceptance of returned goods is under sole discretion of Goldwing.
- Once your return is received, the credit value will be lodged onto your account.
- Sale and Seasonal products: NO RETURNS unless faulty.
